The Easiest Banana Bread at Home | Simple Homemade Recipe

This banana bread has a golden crust and a soft, tender texture inside — perfect with coffee, tea, or as a simple homemade dessert. This is an easy baking recipe you can make at home with simple ingredients and no fancy tools. Ingredients: 450 g peeled ripe bananas, about 4 bananas 120 g brown sugar 70 g grape molasses 3 large eggs, beaten 140 g Greek yogurt 40 g olive oil 450 g all-purpose flour 5 g salt 15 g baking powder 6 g baking soda 100 g melted butter Pan size: 25 × 13 × 8 cm loaf pan, lined with parchment paper Instructions: Mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Add brown sugar, molasses, beaten eggs, sour cream or Greek yogurt, and olive oil, then whisk everything together until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, then add the melted butter. Mix just until the flour is combined — don’t overmix. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, tap the pan a few times to release air bubbles, and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 60 minutes.
