The world of climbing is one of grace, risk, passion, but also of control, calculation, and awareness. Finding yourself on a dream wall, a thousand meters of compact, technical gray limestone, or on a dihedral overlooking the sea illuminated by the setting sun: in these moments, body, mind, and nature are one. But it takes practice, and also a touch of lucid madness. Nothing happens by chance: from a happy childhood discovering the mountains with family, to the grueling training for World Cup competitions, almost at the limit of one's health, emerges the desire to play with the rock and dance on the horizon. She is 22 years old, one of the strongest athletes in the world of mountaineering. A sports science student in Turin and an aspiring mountain guide, she has racked up victories at the national and European level, after competing in several World Cup stages. Three years ago, she left the gyms and competitions to explore the mountains. She was the first Italian woman to free climb the "Tom et Je Ris" route in Verdon Gorge and the stunning "Digital Crack" in the Mont Blanc massif. Last year, she repeated the famous "Attraverso il Pesce" route on the south face of the Marmolada in a single day, becoming the first woman to do so, free climbing as a lead climber.
