Ingredients : 1. Fenugreek seeds 2. Carom seeds 3. Dill seeds 4. Garden cress 5. Edible gum ( gondh) 6. Cashew nuts 7. Walnuts 8. Raisins 9. Almonds 10. Coconut 11. Sugar crystal powder 12. Battisa powder (powder of 32 herbs) 13. Ghee 14. Milk This is a medicine that a mother can eat after having a baby. As shown in the video, carom seeds,dill seeds and garden cress should be roasted and grinded together at first. Then cashew nut,walnut,almond and raisin should be roasted and grinded. Then put these powders together in the milk, put battisa powder,grated coconut and then put paste of fenugreek seeds and cook it properly. This recipe is very healthy and nutritious.
