Metcon of the day for this workout: 12 Deadlifts 12 Hang Power Cleans 12 Front Squats 12 Push Jerks (155lbs) Rest 3 mins 9 Deadlifts 9 Hang Power Cleans 9 Front Squats 9 Push Jerks (170lbs) 6 Deadlifts 6 Hang Power Cleans 6 Front Squats 6 Push Jerks (185lbs) Before starting this Metcon I decided I wanted to try and go Unbroken for the 1st round at 155lbs. I managed to pull it off but I died and had to break up the round of 9 to catch my breath and recoup, but I was able to hit the round of 6 @ 185lbs unbroken as well!!
