Pronunciamento Diego Nasato - 16/07/2026

Councilman Diego Nasato (Novo) demanded improvements in communication between the Municipal Secretariat of Urban Maintenance and Conservation and the council members. He positively highlighted the model adopted by Samae (the municipal water and sanitation company) for addressing demands forwarded by the Legislative branch, but stated that the same practice does not occur in the Maintenance Secretariat. He said that the lack of responses to requests hinders service to the population and makes it difficult to monitor requests made by communities. He cited as examples demands related to the cleaning of streams and the maintenance of public roads that remain unanswered. He also stated that the Novo party acts independently and asked the municipal government to maintain dialogue with all council members. He advocated that the secretariat establish a communication flow to inform about the progress of requests. He said that the absence of responses compromises the relationship between the Executive, Legislative, and community branches.
