I set off early in the morning from Mos, hiking through forests and fields to the nearest large town, Redondela, where I treat myself to breakfast. This is followed by a section with magnificent views over a ria, a bay extending far into the land. Due to the lack of hostel accommodation, I'll inevitably spend the night outdoors again, under beautiful vineyards.
