Driving on Gansu Locke Road - one of the most beautiful mountain roads in China | 4K

Locke Road is a scientific research route selected by American botanist Joseph Locke in 1925, stretching from Zhuoni County in Gannan to Diebu County. He described this road as having dreamlike scenery. It is also known as "China's Most Beautiful 100 Kilometers", starting from Zhagulu Town and ending in Zhagana. The section from Zhagulu to Niba Town is actually an ordinary country road. Considering the length of the video, we decided to start filming in Daogao Township. After more than two hours of driving on bumpy roads, we finally arrived at Zhagana. Most of the entire route is unpaved. Drivers need to note that some potholes are deep and may damage the vehicle chassis. Driving slowly is recommended, and it will be manageable. No tickets are required when departing from Zhagulu Town. However, tickets are needed when traveling from Diebu County to the entrance of the Zhagana Scenic Area.
