The resurgence in glass fibre fishing rods - are they collectable?
Whether you call them glass fibre, fibreglass or just glass fishing rods, many of us grew up fishing with them before graphite and carbon fibre came on the scene. These soft action rods have grown in interest again with both the vintage models being sought out and even new ones being made again. The vintage rods are just getting started in terms of being collectable so are often affordable to buy still and we expect the market to grow over time as they get older.
