Which is the best diet? And which is the worst? In this video, I create a tier list/ranking of some of the most popular diets: keto or ketogenic diets, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, Mediterranean, paleo, pescatarian, fruitarian, IIFYM/flexible dieting, and more. But I'm not going to rank them solely based on whether they help you lose weight, because almost any diet can help you lose fat if it creates a calorie deficit. I'm going to evaluate them as a nutritionist using more important criteria: health and nutritional quality, adherence in real life, usefulness for body composition and athletic performance, and the risk of doing it incorrectly or falling into extremes.
