Preserving Peaches 2024, Canning and Freezing Techniques, Inspirational Thought

They were in the freezer about 3 hours before we bagged them up. For the canning we used white grape juice or white grape peach juice as a sweetener so there were no added sugars. We did dilute the white grape peach juice with water at a ratio of 3:1. The peaches were canned using the water bath method.
