Getting Ready For The Scariest Part Of Our Campervan Build!

Welcome back to our MAN TGE campervan conversion series! This week we're preparing for what could be the most nerve-wracking part of our entire self-build campervan project... cutting TWO huge holes in the roof for our roof fans! 😬 Before we re-attempt to take a jigsaw to our van, there’s plenty to do. We give the van a much-needed clean, head out to collect supplies, and build the timber support frames that will eventually hold our roof fans securely in place. We also take some time away from the build to enjoy a family day at the beach, reminding ourselves why we started this campervan conversion journey in the first place. In this episode you'll see: ✅ Preparing our MAN TGE for roof fan installation ✅ Building the internal timber mounting frames ✅ Collecting campervan conversion supplies ✅ Cleaning and organising the van ✅ Family time before the biggest DIY challenge yet ✅ Planning the installation of two NomadicArk roof fans With the rusty hole ridden floor, windows and swivel seat now sorted. It's all starting to come together, our dream family campervan is finally beginning to take shape. If you're converting a van yourself, thinking about installing roof vents, or simply enjoy following real-life campervan builds, we hope this series helps and inspires you along the way. Subscribe and join us as we transform this empty MAN TGE into our dream family campervan. 🎥 New campervan conversion videos every Sunday 12pm UK TIME!
