고구마볼 아시나요!☺️ 쫄깃쫄깃 정말 맛있는 도넛이랍니다. 찹쌀 도넛이랑 비슷한데 고구마맛이 진하고 코코넛 향이 향긋해서 정말 맛있습니다! 재료도 간단, 만들기도 간단합니다! [재료] 찐고구마 500g, 소금 3g, 설탕 160g, 타피오카 전분 250g, 코코넛밀크 80g +기름 [만드는법] 고구마는 껍질을 제거하고 토막으로 잘라 전자레인지 용기에 담아 쪄주세요. 소금과 설탕을 넣고 완전히 으깨줍니다. 전분과 밀크를 넣고 반죽 한 뒤 170도 기름에 튀겨줍니다. 코코넛밀크는 꼭 넣어주세요. 우유로 대체하면 지방이 적어서 쫄깃하다 못해 단단해질 수 있습니다. 😚 튀긴 당일에 왠만하면 다 드시는게 맛있습니다. ☺️☺️ 내가만든 수제비 이 영상은 뮤팟에서 제공한 음원 소스를 사용했습니다.
