Using A Stiff Arm To Recover From Speed Passes
Sometimes rather than using pressure to smash your leg together, your opponent managed to hit a clean speed pass that either quickly rotated your body out of the way or allowed them to quickly maneuver themselves around your legs. In this situation, the technique may differ, but the concepts remain the same: create a stiff arm that allows you to get up to your bottom elbow to hip escape away and create space.
