One important ingredients for confectioner, pastry chefs, and praline producers is chocolate nougat. The recipe relies on caramalizing hazelnuts (or a combination of hazelnuts and almonds) and grinding them until a soft spread is achieved. To that a melted milk chocolate is added and the final outcome is Nougat. The recipe is simple. Just follow the instruction that Majkl shows in his the video. Ingredients: 240 grams hazelnuts (or 120g hazelnuts and 120g almonds) 180 grams granulated sugar 200 grams milk chocolate (you can add more chocolate to get a more chocolaty taste) Happy baking!
