This week includes a mix of “Slow Love,” string overdubs and a mix for the 1982 version of “Can’t Stop This Feeling I Got,” a probable mix of the 1982 version of “Yah, You Know,” and a review of the original 1979 version of “I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man.” Meanwhile, Prince and the Revolution continue their Hit-And-Run Tour with two sold out performances in Detroit at the Masonic Temple Auditorium and Detroit’s Cobo Arena. Also this week, Sheila E. assembles her third album, working on edits and crossfades for “Pride And The Passion,” “Love And Sex,” and “Soul Salsa.” We also discuss the 2026 Celebration, currently underway in Minneapolis, as fams from around the world gather to celebrate Prince’s legacy. ⸻ What Is #WDPDTW?
