What is the Gaulish Thracian Cauldron of Denmark?

The Late Iron Age of Europe outside Rome's control was a blending of cultures, Celtic, Germanic, Dacia, Thracian, Greek and beyond. Not only did these shape language and politics, but art. In this video we look at how art was changed by these shifting cultural sands, in the largest pre-Roman artefact of the Iron Age that is mostly intact, the Cauldron of Gundestrup, found in Denmark in 1891.
