ISU McNay Farm Swath Grazing Project

Swath grazing is a feeding strategy that can save time and labor during cold and snowy winter conditions. During a February 2023 field day, Garland Dahlke of Iowa Beef Center at Iowa State University describes a winter swath grazing project with cows at the ISU McNay Memorial Research Farm near Chariton.
