Saisonstart und ALLE FAHREN - ich baue den 996 unter ZEITDRUCK weiter!

This season, I just wanted to drive the Porsche 911. Meet up. Country roads. Enjoy a bit of Porsche fun. Instead, the entire front axle is already in pieces in the garage again. 😅 After we'd already done everything to the rear, it was clear: If the car is really going to drive the way I envision it, everything in the front can't just stay in place. So: 👉 Front axle out 👉 Sand all parts down to bare metal 👉 New control arms & tie rods 👉 Completely disassembled brake calipers 👉 Reconditioned subframe 👉 And finally, a new suspension …of course, NOTHING went completely smoothly. 💥 ABS sensors suddenly came out easily 💥 Screws were easy to loosen 💥 ​​Fuel tank bracket almost ripped out 💥 Bleed nipple on brake caliper broke off And THAT'S where the real fun begins. 👉 Several times along the way, I had the feeling: "Why am I even doing all this?" But then you see the first refurbished parts… …the freshly painted brake calipers… …the new suspension… …and suddenly you know exactly why again. 😄 As a result: ➡️ Completely disassembled front axle ➡️ Rust and corroded suspension parts removed ➡️ Brake calipers resealed and painted ➡️ Bleed nipples repaired ➡️ Axle frame refurbished ➡️ New Clubsport coilover suspension installed And yes… I did NOT choose "the most popular one." Before everyone completely loses it: I explain exactly why in the video. 😅 What was important to me: 👉 staying honest 👉 building within my budget 👉 and really getting to know the car piece by piece This isn't an "unlimited budget" build. This is: Garage. Improvisation. Fun. Learning.
