Schmidt traction glass elevator at Karstadt in Trier

Although this elevator has been modernized, there is still a handle below the in-cab button panel, which probably was originally used by an attendant as a manual control. The windows in the doors are nice as it is possible to see the floors pass by, and also to look into the shaft. When this video was taken, the right elevator was out of service.
