文化勲章受賞の日本画家・岩橋英遠さんの愛用した画材を譲り受けました。

I received a message from the grandchild of Eien Iwahashi (1903–1988), a celebrated Nihonga painter and recipient of Japan's Order of Culture — one of the highest honors awarded to artists in Japan. He reached out to offer me the pigments, brushes, and other art supplies that his grandfather had treasured throughout his life. In this video, I visit his home, listen to stories about Iwahashi's life and work, and open the supplies together with him.
