It's so delicious, so be sure to give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (Serves 3-4) ◯Roast Beef ・400g beef round block ・1/2 onion ・1 garlic clove ・1 bay leaf ・4 tablespoons sake ・Olive oil to taste ・1/2 teaspoon salt ・Black pepper to taste ◯Sauce ・2 tablespoons soy sauce ・2 tablespoons sake ・1.5 tablespoons mirin ・Sugar 1/2 teaspoon ■ Directions 1. Cut the garlic in half, remove the sprouts, and rub it into the meat. 2. Season with salt and black pepper, wrap in plastic wrap, and let sit at room temperature for about an hour. 3. Finely chop the onion. 4. Add olive oil to a frying pan and brown the meat all over before removing. 5. Add the onion, coat it in the oil, and move it to the center, then layer the garlic, meat, and bay leaf on top. 6. Pour sake over the meat, cover, and simmer over low heat for 6 minutes. 7. Turn over, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, then remove, wrap in aluminum foil, and let sit for 1 hour. 8. Finely chop the garlic and return it to the frying pan. Add the soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, and the juices from step 7 and simmer. 9.
