Today, we’re checking out M Aspira @ Taman Desa, a new residential project located at the end of Jalan Danau Desa. This episode focuses specifically on M Aspira. From here, you’re well connected to KL City Centre, Bukit Jalil, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, and the future Bandar Malaysia. This helps explain the steady demand for housing in the area and the growing number of new residential developments despite the lack of rail-based public transport. Although there’s no direct MRT access, the developer provides a shuttle service to MRT Kuchai, and RapidKL’s Bus On Demand service makes it convenient to get around Taman Desa for food and daily needs. The units in M Aspira are on the smaller side, but considering the pricing and location, they’re fairly attractive. Even though the units are unfurnished, the layouts remain livable, making them suitable for young couples or small families starting out. Another major upcoming improvement is a new access road from the KL–Seremban Highway, which should help improve traffic flow into the area.
