Roofed Property Review #15 - M Oscar @ off Kuchai Lama / Sri Petaling???

Today, we’re checking out M Oscar, a hilltop condo located along Jalan Kesateria, between Sri Petaling and Kuchai. It sits slightly elevated, so flooding isn’t a concern. There’s also an empty plot of land beside the condo, and it’s unclear whether it will be developed in the future. One of the highlights is the facilities floor. There’s plenty of greenery, with some areas feeling like a mini forest. The pool flows into river-like features across the deck, creating an island in the middle with an amphitheater. The hilltop location also makes the facilities windy, which helps mask traffic noise from the nearby highway. While it may feel tucked away, the location is very convenient. You can easily get to Bukit Jalil, Mid Valley, Petaling Jaya, and KL City Center, and with the MEX Highway, you can also reach Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, and KLIA.
