450年前の豊臣兄弟は何を食べていた?戦国時代のレシピ通りに豊臣秀吉と豊臣秀長の晩御飯を再現してみた

[Rekimeshi], or "Historical Recreation Meals," recreates historical food cultures in the modern age. Today, we've recreated the meals of the Toyotomi brothers, who played a significant role during the Sengoku period. Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who led Japan to unification, and his younger brother, Toyotomi Hidenaga, who supported his passionate rise from the shadows. Although both were from peasant backgrounds, their contrasting paths were clearly reflected in their meals. The elder brother enjoyed white rice, a symbol of wealth, luxurious abalone, and practical meat dishes inherited from Nobunaga. The younger brother savored Yamato yam, a local pride, and the refined taste of "Irizake," a type of sake imbued with the spirit of the tea ceremony. What did these brothers, who raced through the turbulent Sengoku period, eat, and what future did they discuss during the tumultuous Tensho era? Let's take a peek together at the contrasting menus that reflect their individual personalities! Please watch until the end! ▼Please subscribe to our channel! https://www.youtube.com/@rekishi_mesh...
