Ingredients: Haecheon oyster sauce, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, green onions, peas, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, eggs, chili oil, soy sauce, water, doenjang (fermented soybean paste), sugar, cornstarch Recipe: 1. Finely chop the red bell peppers, green bell peppers, green onions, water chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and bamboo shoots. Also prepare the peas. 2. Chop the shrimp and place them in a bowl. Add 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, and 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce. Mix well with your hands. 3. Squeeze the soaked shiitake mushrooms to remove any moisture, then coat them in cornstarch. 4. Place the shrimp on top of the cornstarch-coated shiitake mushrooms, place in a steamer, and steam for approximately 12 minutes. 5. Add 4 tablespoons of chili oil to a frying pan, then stir-fry all the prepared vegetables. Then, add 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 500ml of water, 1/2 tablespoon of doenjang (soybean paste), 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to make the seasoning. 6. Once the seasoning has boiled, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 4 tablespoons of water in a measuring cup and stir while adding the seasoning. 7. Place the steamed dish in a bowl and pour the seasoning over it. Your Eohyangdonggo is complete!
