Premià de Mar will always be special to me. Part of my childhood began here. I used to run through the streets of the Barri Cotet, the Gran Via, and past those characteristic brick houses. And every time I return to run this race, it's impossible not to feel, for a few kilometers, like that little boy who spent his summers in these streets again. But this year there was another rival: the heat. 29 degrees Celsius, relentless sun, and humidity that turned every stride into a small battle. One of those races where you're not fighting against the clock, but against yourself.
