La solidarité des soignant·e·s et des communautés face à la guerre

During a visit to Sudan in March for an MSF event, Dr. Micaela Serafini met with teams at several sites, including Khartoum and El Gedaref, where she visited the MSF hospital in the Um Rakuba refugee camp. She was particularly struck by the solidarity within the Sudanese communities and the dedication of the healthcare workers who continue to provide care despite extremely difficult conditions. After more than 1,000 days of war, the population continues to suffer the effects of the conflict, while the healthcare teams are demonstrating remarkable resilience. MSF is supporting 252 buildings housing displaced people by installing and rehabilitating toilets and showers, repairing or extending plumbing networks, and setting up water tanks, sinks, and handwashing stations, while also trucking in millions of liters of water. ************************************************************** Follow us on social media: ► On Facebook:   / medecinssansfrontieres   ► On Instagram:   / msf_fr   ► On TikTok: @medecinssansfrontieres ************************************************************** About us: Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organization, founded in 1971 in Paris by doctors and journalists.
