The issue is always the upper chest and if your upper chest is lagging, your chest will not look fully developed and proportionate. So what you need to do is always prioritise your upper chest when you go to the gym to do your chest workouts. If you are doing 5 exercises on chest day, make sure thre out of 5 are upper chest focused ! That is how you build a nice and full upper chest that is in proportion with your lower chest.
