This is the 1st (of 3) part(s) of a longer meditation - i.e. the "TOUR thru SEE/HEAR/FEEL" - based on the teachings of SHINZEN YOUNG. This is the "FEEL" part and includes a short-but in-depth scan through body sensation - noticing RESTFUL flavors, 'FLOW" flavors (expansion & contraction), and EMOTIONAL (or "Feel In") flavors in the body.
