“Head-to-Knee Pose” is a seated twisting and forward bending posture. At first this Asana might appear to be a threat to the knee, ankle, or toes... But actually, it’s very therapeutic for the knees, ankles and feet! When practiced regularly in a gradual and gentle way, it has been known to cure chronic knee inflammation. Here are a few tips for getting in and out of the position! At first this posture felt like torture for me, but now I love it! I love the sensation of stretching the soles of my feet! How about you?
