35Min Slow & Strong Yoga Flow

Flow with me in this slow and strong yoga practice, focusing mainly on the lower body. We will stretch and strengthen the hips and hamstrings as well as move through some creative and challenging transitions all the while keeping the pace a little slower for those days where we are feeling a little less dynamic but still want to challenge ourselves.
