Strain and cool completely. ──────────────────────────── 🍰 CAKE Ingredients: 160 g sugar zest of 2 lemons 300 g flour 8 g baking powder 1 g salt 175 g butter 120 ml milk 2 eggs vanilla sugar 20 ml lemon juice Instructions: Mix sugar with lemon zest. Add flour, baking powder, salt and butter into crumbs. Divide into 2/3 and 1/3. Mix 2/3 with milk, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into baking pan. Add lemon curd. Top with crumble.
