The NordicTrack FS14i is a unique elliptical with powerful magnetic resistance and an adjustable stride. The FS14i can mimic running or stair stepping as well as a traditional elliptical motion. Its stride length ranges from 0 to 32 inches. It has large moving handles but does not have stationary handles. There are 26 resistance levels. These range from quite easy to very hard. It is best to increase the resistance rather than increase your stride rate for more difficulty. The FS14i also inclines and declines from -10% to 10%.
