Its pedals and handles move primarily horizontally to provide a low-impact, total-body workout. Our favorite feature is iFIT. iFIT offers thousands of trainer-led workouts. On the AirGlide there are studio workouts featuring an instructor guiding the class on an elliptical. The outdoor workouts are what set iFIT apart. You can take walking, jogging, running, and even roller-blading and ice-skating workouts on the AirGlide with iFIT. The AirGlide automatically adjusts in each iFIT workout for hands-free training, too. The overall design is large but fairly narrow. It is best to keep the AirGlide 14i where you intend to use it in your home. Moving it often isn’t realistic for some. It handles up to 300 lbs and the stride length is comfortable for most heights. There are 26 levels of adjustable magnetic resistance. This pairs well with the 15% incline and -5% decline.
