[Asuwa-style Mackerel Curry Yakisoba Recipe] Ingredients (for 2 servings) ▪ Canned Mackerel in Miso Sauce: 1 can ▪ Curry Roux (powdered): about 1/2 packet ▪ Onion: 1/2 (roughly chopped) ▪ Green Pepper: 1-2 (thinly sliced) ▪ Bean Sprouts: 1 bag ▪ Yakisoba Noodles: 2 servings ▪ Yakisoba Powder Sauce: 1/2 packet ▪ Beer: appropriate amount (for loosening noodles) ▪ Green Onions: a small amount ▪ Salad Oil or Sesame Oil: as needed Instructions Making the Special Mackerel Curry Sauce ① Heat oil in a small pot and sauté the onion. It's okay if it retains some texture. ② Add a small amount of water and the canned mackerel in miso sauce, including the liquid. ③ Heat while roughly breaking up the mackerel, add the powdered curry roux, and simmer until thickened. Cooking the Yakisoba ① Heat oil (sesame oil is recommended) in a frying pan and quickly stir-fry the bell peppers and bean sprouts over high heat. ② Place the yakisoba noodles on top of the vegetables and pour in the beer. ③ Add half the usual amount of yakisoba powder sauce and mix well to coat everything (the mackerel curry sauce is strong, so just a light seasoning is enough!). Finishing ① Place the yakisoba on a plate and pour plenty of mackerel curry sauce over it. ② Sprinkle with chopped green onions and it's done! ▼Latest information and behind-the-scenes photos are being shared on our official social media accounts. 【Twitter @sbctv6ch】 / sbctv6ch 【Instagram @sbctv6ch】 / sbctv6ch ▼"No Asuwa" channel is here. / %e9%87%8e%e3%81%82%e3%81%99%e3%82%8f
