Laxmit Truffle: 600 g dates/date paste 600 g ground almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts 5 Share fruits 2 pinches Himalayan salt Cocoa Ginger, organic lemon, organic orange Cinnamon, vanilla (powder) 1. Run the dates, nuts, pitted Share fruits, and a pinch of salt through the meat grinder twice (alternatively: Thermomix). Adjust the amount of nuts depending on the moisture content of the dates. 2. Divide the mixture into 3 portions: – Almond Truffle: Add vanilla powder and run through the meat grinder. – Lemon Truffle: Add 1 teaspoon chopped ginger, lemon zest, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and run through the meat grinder again. – Chocolate Ginger Truffles: Add 50g chopped ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, and orange zest and grind through a meat grinder. Separately mix in 5 tbsp cocoa powder after the last pass. 3. Form balls: – Almond Truffles: Roll in ground almonds with vanilla. – Lemon Truffles: Moisten hands with lemon juice and roll in chopped almonds. – Chocolate Ginger Truffles: Roll in ground almonds mixed with cocoa powder. ✨ Extra tip: Freeze the balls briefly and then coat them in melted dark chocolate (at least 80% cocoa, organic) for an even more intense flavor experience!
