Classic errors when practicing Tai chi that will eventually wreck our knees

Thank you Lester for the very well presented video regarding possible injuries due to incorrect practice and training in Taich/ Qigong. Many things you have touched on are extremely valuable, greatly recommend it. Any weight bearing exercises are great for the bones so I wouldn't worry about that but the knees are definitely something we all should look after as Lester has kindly discussed.
