Jock transforms steak and chips into his clever "Reverse Steak and Chips" with an ultimate pepper sauce, while Andy deconstructs a classic chicken parmigiana with chilli-glazed chicken, chicken and bacon sauce, and pangrattato. Then the judges take on the remaining contestants in a three-course battle featuring honey, pork shoulder and watermelon. Keyma serves a watermelon scallop aguachile, Daniel cooks barbecue rum-glazed pork with smoked cabbage, and Billie creates honey choux ice cream buns with charred pineapple compote. Meanwhile, Jock and Andy tackle a watermelon and feta salad, spit-roasted pork shawarma and a burnt honey and paperbark crème brûlée.
