Lionel 726 Berkshire restoration (1946 edition) with railsounds tender

met a new railroading friend who sold me a few pieces from his dad's collection including the 726 Berk from 1946. Sprayed the E unit with CRC contact cleaner, got it working nicely, lubricated the motor, polished the drive rods. Also rebuilt the smoke unit to get it working pretty good. Kept the original heating element as it still worked. Seems to get better the more I run it. It doesn't have magnetraction but still a great puller.
