The Legacy (1986) The Thatch Céilí Band

The Legacy album by The Thatch Céilí Band was released in 1986 after they won the All Ireland Senior Céilí Band competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Listowel. They were successful again in Listowel in 1987. The recording was issued on cassette only. Digitised versions of the cassette have been in circulation over the years and the remaining members of the band decided to put it on YouTube to make the music more widely available.
