We Smoked an Uncured, Farm Fresh Ham... and it was AMAZING!

The guys tried to smoke a massive 19lb, farm-fresh ham hot 'n fast in 8 hours or less on the Kamado Joe, a herculean task by any measure. The result? Mouthwatering pulled pork sliders with tangy BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and crunchy pickles. Starting at 250 degrees and eventually pushing the pork's limits up to 350+, the guys worried they would overcook and destroy this beautiful pork specimen that went farm-to-smoker. In the end, it all worked out fantastic and everyone ate happily ever after.
