Deposition of Accident Eyewitness in Dump Truck Accident Case

This is the deposition of an accident witness in a truck accident case. The accident occurred when one of the company's dump truck drivers turned in front of the plaintiff resulting in a collision. The deponent was another driver who saw the accident happen. This case went to trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
