Maiko Nagao, a Career Coach and Career Coordinator in Nagasaki Prefecture, speaks about her approach to life. Drawing on her own experiences, she passionately discusses how to live authentically. What are our goals and missions in life? By listening to her words, we can gain insights into how to live true to ourselves. Born in Saikai City, Nagasaki Prefecture in 1981. In her early twenties, she was blessed with two children, and through raising them, she confronted her own career. In her late thirties, while working as a Career Coordinator in Nagasaki Prefecture, she became independent, wishing for each student to choose their career based on their own values ​​and confidently walk their own happy path. Focusing on career design for university students, she has expanded her activities to include career education for junior and senior high school students and support for companies. Imagining a world where individuals and organizations, and people and people, are interconnected, she uses her cultivated experience to give back to her local community.
