What If Brian Wilson Produced “Here, There And Everywhere” (The Beatles x Pet Sounds)
What if Brian Wilson produced “Here, There And Everywhere”? In this concept production, I imagined The Beatles’ Here, There And Everywhere being recorded not at Abbey Road… but under Brian Wilson’s direction during the Pet Sounds era. I’ve always felt this is one of the most Beach Boys-sounding Beatles songs — and considering the incredible creative rivalry between the two bands in the mid-60s, it’s fascinating to picture what could’ve happened if their worlds crossed in the studio. For this version, I isolated the original Beatles vocal and created an entirely new backing track from scratch, inspired by Brian Wilson’s signature production style: • Double bass • Piano & harpsichord • Drums & layered percussion • Wind and brass arrangement • Rich chamber-style reverb and orchestral textures I also slightly reworked the intro, outro, and structure to reflect the kind of adventurous studio choices Brian was making around Pet Sounds. This is a fully handmade concept production — no AI was used in the creation of the instrumental or arrangement (only vocal isolation from the original recording). If you enjoy Beatles / Beach Boys “what if” studio experiments, feel free to like, comment, and subscribe for more alternate-history productions.
