The nurse is visiting the patient and talks to the spouse about the patient’s condition. The carer is explaining how the spouse was managing. Recently the spouse has returned to work. The nurse explains that the patient requires round-the-clock attention and is outlining the possible ways for the care. The nurse says shifting to a nursing home, arranging full-time nursing assistance, or else quitting the job. The spouse says quitting the job is not possible in the present condition.
