Beating Dark Souls 3 as a Mage WITHOUT Blue Flasks

In this run, I have to beat Dark Souls 3 with magic only without using ANY spell recovery items. I can't use ashen estus flasks, hidden blessings, or any other tool that can heal FP. I will have to go through every level with only one FP bar, only resting at bonfires to refill it. I may only level my attunement until FP reaches the softcap. Other than that, there are no stat limits and I may also use any spell I want as many times as I want. The melee attack of my catalyst will be allowed in moderation.
