Beating Dark Souls Bosses as Their Minions

In this run, I'll be beating every boss while using the gear of one of the basic enemies in the world. Instead of randomly copying enemies, I have to beat each boss as one of their own minions, and if that's not possible, I'll beat them as one of the enemies in the area.
