Learn how to embed regulation-first approaches, reduce teacher burnout, and drive sustainable, rights-based change across your school community. Part 2 – 4 December 2025 Mainstream Teachers: Practical classroom tools to support regulation, reduce distress, and nurture belonging for all students. Part 3 – January 2026 Autism Class Teachers: Strategies to align sensory, emotional, and environmental supports for neurodivergent and PDA-profile students. Together, these sessions build a whole-school approach to inclusion, regulation, and wellbeing — grounded in lived experience and practical application.
