How to Fabricate a Resting Hand Orthosis in the Intrinsic Plus Position

Occupational therapists demonstrate and explain the process of making a resting hand, intrinsic position orthosis / anti-deformity position orthosis / safe position orthosis / resting hand splint. The goal of this orthosis is to immobilize the hand in the intrinsic plus position, which preserves the soft tissue structures of the hand.
