Piecing a quilt with Bernina L850 Serger
Piecing a quilt on the serger isn't as hard as one may think and it comes out nice and clean. We are using the left needle and removed the right needle, so just have it set up for a three thread overlock. Set the cutting width to about a 6 and lined up the guide with the right marking on the foot which is where the cutter is located. Thats about it for setting up the machine to get you that perfect 1/4'' seam allowance. The rest is just standard setting for the 3 thread overlock stitch.
